Armenian cuisine is one the oldest in the world. Food preparation on the grill is a natural cooking method, which was used already in the 9th century B.C. in the ancient Urartian country.
Later, in 4th-1st century B.C. this cooking method was developed and cherished in the Great Armenian country, which spread from Caspian up to Mediterranean Sea. Armenians are considered to be the pioneers of wine production, since they are the only ones in the world, who preserved the following relict wine sorts from Urartian country times: white grapes Chargie, Mschali, Ararati, and red Areni grapes. Some of historians even attribute invention of wine brandy (homemade grapes or fruit vodka) to the Armenians.
Hollywood Grill culinary has not change its roots, all our menu is made daily with fresh herbs and ingredients.
